The Challenge

Vim is live in thousands of practices with enterprise clients like Teladoc and GoodRx, but their growth marketing foundation is broken. You'll own the full funnel for Care Collaboration-their fastest-growing unit-and build the lead generation machine from scratch.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit existing marketing systems, identify what's broken, and propose rebuild roadmap with timeline

Launch 3-5 high-performing paid campaigns (ads + landing pages) with target CAC benchmarks

Set up AI-powered lead gen automation stack (Clay, HubSpot, n8n) to replace manual processes

4

Establish baseline metrics: current CAC, conversion rates, CTRs, and lead quality scoring

By 6 Months
1

Reduce CAC by 25-30% through creative testing and messaging optimization

Generate 40%+ increase in qualified leads entering pipeline vs. baseline

Scale paid budget efficiency-prove ROI to unlock additional budget allocation

4

Build repeatable content and creative production system with 1-2 freelancers; ship weekly creative

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track cost per qualified lead and cost per customer across all channels; target 25-30% reduction in 6 months.

Lead Volume & Quality

Monitor number of qualified leads entering pipeline and conversion rate to sales-qualified leads (SQLs).

Creative Performance (CTR & Engagement)

Measure click-through rates on paid ads and engagement on landing pages; benchmark against industry standards.

Paid Campaign ROI

Track revenue generated per dollar spent on ads across all channels; target positive ROI by month 4.

Organic/SEO Traffic & GEO Visibility

Monitor branded and non-branded search traffic, keyword rankings, and visibility in AI-generated answers.

  • You understand both SEO and GEO and know how to optimize for AI-generated answers
  • You thrive rebuilding broken systems and shipping before it's perfect
