The Problem You'll Solve

Vim has built the foundation for marketing automation - some of it works, some of it doesn’t. We need someone to tear down what’s broken, rebuild it right, and turn it into a lead generation machine for Care Collaboration. This isn’t about managing 
what exists. It’s about owning what it becomes - the creative, the messaging, the systems, and the results.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full growth funnel

    for Care Collaboration - our fastest-growing business unit
  • Create and test ad creative, landing pages, and messaging

    - you’ll write  copy, develop angles, and use AI creative tools (Canva, Figma AI, Midjourney, video tools) to produce high volumes of creative fast
  • Build AI-powered lead generation systems

    - use tools like Clay, HubSpot, and n8n to automate what should be automated
  • Manage $1M+ annual marketing budget

    across paid, organic, and automation tools
  • Continuously improve performance

    - test messaging, creative, and channels; kill what doesn’t work, double down on what does
  • Increase Vim’s visibility on the web

    through SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content, and strategic positioning
  • Work with 1-2 freelancers

    as needed (design, content), but mostly execute yourself

What Success Looks Like

  • More qualified leads entering the pipeline
  • Lower CAC, higher conversion rates
  • Creative that resonates - higher CTRs, better engagement, clear differentiation Systems that run without constant babysitting
  • Messaging that makes prospects say “this is exactly what I need”

You Should Apply If

  • You have 5-7 years in growth/demand gen marketing, mostly at startups
  • You’ve managed $1M+ annual marketing budgets
  • You’ve written high-converting ad copy and landing pages yourself - not just briefed agencies
  • You understand that creative and messaging are often the biggest levers in paid performance
  • You’re an AI practitioner - you use AI tools to 10x your output: Clay/n8n for automation, Canva/Midjourney/video AI for creative production
  • You understand both SEO and GEO - how to optimize for traditional search AND AI-generated answers
  • You can point to specific lead gen results you’ve driven (with numbers)
  • You’ve rebuilt or significantly improved marketing systems before
  • You work fast and ship before it’s perfect

You Should NOT Apply If

  • You’ve only managed agencies - never written copy or built systems yourself You think performance marketing is just about targeting and bidding
  • You need detailed direction on what to do next
  • You’re all strategy, no execution
  • You’ve only worked at companies with established marketing teams
  • You want to spend weeks on “strategy decks” before shipping anything
  • You’re not comfortable being wrong, learning fast, and trying again

Compensation & Details

  • Salary: The target base salary for this role is $150,000 USD  per year, depending on experience and skills. (Compensation is influenced by experience, skill set, and demonstrated performance.)
  • Location: Hybrid - NYC (3 days per week in office)
  • Reports to: GM, Care Collaboration
