The Challenge

Trinchero Family Estates is a major wine and spirits portfolio owner looking for a strategic leader to modernize their digital ecosystem across multiple brands. You'll architect the complete digital transformation—from DTC eCommerce to B2B channels to retail media—while building and mentoring a high-performing team from the ground up.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current digital ecosystem across all brands and channels; identify top 3 strategic gaps and quick wins

2

Establish digital KPI framework and reporting cadence aligned to revenue, ROAS, and conversion metrics

3

Build and onboard core digital leadership team; define org structure and hiring plan

4

Develop 12-month digital roadmap including AI adoption strategy and channel optimization priorities

By 6 Months
1

Launch optimized B2C and B2B eCommerce experiences with measurable uplift in conversion and AOV

Implement data analytics foundation enabling real-time decision-making across paid/organic channels

3

Establish retail media and digital trade strategy reducing resource waste and improving ROI

4

Execute first wave of digital transformation initiatives with documented business impact

KPIs You'll Own

Digital Revenue & ROAS

Track eCommerce sales, marketplace performance, and return on ad spend across all paid channels.

Conversion Rate & AOV

Monitor B2C and B2B funnel health, cart abandonment, and average order value improvements.

Reach & Engagement

Measure social, content, and influencer campaign performance against awareness and loyalty targets.

Team Performance & Retention

Track direct report satisfaction, capability development, and team stability.
