Job Description
As a Marketing Operations Agent, Eloqua, you will support the execution, optimization, and delivery of marketing automation campaigns and operational workflows. You will work closely with digital strategists, analysts, marketers, event marketing teams, and third-party vendors to ensure accurate, effective, and measurable campaign delivery.
You will focus on using Oracle Eloqua and Salesforce CRM to manage audience segmentation, email campaigns, landing pages, forms, automation workflows, and campaign tracking. The role will also support data quality, campaign performance analysis, and continuous improvement across marketing technology processes.
Key Responsibilities
In this opportunity as a Marketing Operations Agent, Eloqua, you will:
Support Marketing Automation Campaigns: Design, deploy, and optimize marketing automation workflows using Oracle Eloqua to enhance customer experience, increase engagement, and generate leads.
Manage Campaign Execution: Support the delivery of marketing programs, including email campaigns, landing pages, forms, audience segmentation, personalization, tracking, and automation workflows.
Maintain Marketing Data Quality: Manage accurate audience segmentation, suppression processes, and consent and preference management to support effective and compliant campaign execution.
Own Campaign Quality Assurance: Perform quality assurance activities across emails, landing pages, forms, segmentation, tracking, personalization, and automation workflows to ensure accurate and error-free deployment.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with digital strategists, analysts, marketers, and event marketing teams to align campaign execution with business and marketing objectives.
Optimize Campaign Performance: Support campaign analysis, including A/B testing, data review, and recommendations to improve engagement and campaign results.
Work with Marketing Technology Platforms: Use Oracle Eloqua, Salesforce CRM, and third-party vendors and platforms to support campaign execution and marketing operations activities.
Implement Operational Best Practices: Maintain process discipline and support the implementation of best practices for marketing automation, campaign execution, and data management.
Support Marketing Operations Team Activities: Collaborate with marketing operations specialists and contribute to a structured, innovative, and continuous-improvement-focused working environment.
Required Qualifications
You're a fit for the role of Marketing Operations Agent, Eloqua if you have the following required qualifications:
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Proven proficiency using Oracle Eloqua for marketing automation. Experience working with Salesforce CRM. Experience managing complex marketing campaigns. Experience working in a process-driven environment while identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement. Experience with A/B testing, campaign data analysis, and developing recommendations based on results. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of data accuracy and campaign quality. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Preferred Qualifications Oracle Eloqua certifications. Marketing Operations certifications. B2B marketing experience in events or publishing. Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
