LG H&H (Korea's #1 beauty company) merged with Avon to dominate North America. You'll architect Amazon's growth strategy for a powerhouse brand portfolio and lead the team executing it across US, Canada, and Mexico.

Your Mission

Audit current Amazon business performance across LG H&H brand portfolio; identify top 3 growth levers and quick wins

Establish cross-functional working relationships with brand marketing, creative, finance, supply chain teams

Develop 12-month Amazon growth roadmap with clear KPIs aligned to digital/eCommerce strategy

Optimize product portfolio and merchandising; improve site conversion rate by 5-10%

Launch content refresh initiative across product catalog; measure impact on search visibility and AOV

Scale high-performing Amazon Advertising campaigns; achieve 20%+ growth in attributed revenue
