The Challenge

S3NS is the Thales-Google Cloud joint venture building Europe's sovereign cloud platform. You'll drive growth marketing and communications for a regulated tech solution protecting France's most sensitive data-working inside a Fortune 500 with startup velocity.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch and execute 2-3 email nurturing campaigns targeting public institutions and critical infrastructure operators, tracking open/click rates and lead progression

2

Plan and deliver 1 major industry event (guest coordination, logistics, lead capture) while generating 50+ qualified leads

Build and publish editorial calendar with 8+ blog posts and social content pieces establishing S3NS as trusted cloud security voice

4

Audit and optimize website SEO performance, identify 5+ high-impact keyword opportunities for SecNumCloud-regulated solutions

By 6 Months
1

Scale email marketing to 4+ active nurturing flows with documented conversion rates and segment performance data

Execute full event portfolio (2-3 events) with post-event ROI analysis and lead-to-pipeline tracking

Establish thought leadership through 12+ published pieces (blog, LinkedIn, internal comms) with engagement benchmarks

Implement performance dashboard tracking email, event, content, and organic search KPIs; present monthly optimization findings to marketing leadership

KPIs You'll Own

Email nurture conversion rate

Percentage of campaign recipients moving to next sales stage, targeting 8-12% baseline

Event lead cost and quality

Cost per lead generated and percentage of leads that convert to sales pipeline within 90 days

Content engagement

Blog/article views, time on page, and social post reach/engagement rates across LinkedIn and company channels

Organic search visibility

Ranking position and monthly traffic for target keywords related to SecNumCloud and sovereign cloud solutions

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're a BAC+5 student in marketing/growth marketing actively seeking a 12-month alternance contract
  • You've done at least one prior internship or alternance in corporate/institutional marketing and want to scale that impact
  • You get energized by cybersecurity/defense tech and understand why sovereign cloud matters for France
  • You're a generalist marketer comfortable jumping between email campaigns, event logistics, content creation, and analytics-and enjoy the variety
Won't Work If
  • You need a permanent full-time role now-this is explicitly alternance (school + work schedule)
  • You're designer-first; this role doesn't include visual asset creation, only content strategy and direction
  • You want deep technical product marketing; S3NS needs positioning support, not highly specialized DevOps/platform expertise
