The Challenge
Terneo is a dynamic startup driving the energy transition and needs you to own their marketing strategy alongside the marketing lead. You'll shape their brand presence across digital channels while building credibility in the specialized engineering and cleantech space.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 8-10 SEO-focused blog articles targeting energy sector keywords with measurable organic traffic growth
Develop and execute LinkedIn strategy: publish 2-3x weekly optimized posts and grow page followers by 20%
Create 3-4 high-converting landing pages for key service offerings with clear CTAs and A/B testing setup
Establish content calendar system and brand asset guidelines (Adobe) for consistent visual identity
Achieve 15% month-over-month organic traffic growth through optimized blog and landing page performance
Build LinkedIn authority: reach 500+ engaged followers with documented engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares)
Create 2-3 new content formats (video, interactive infographics, newsletters) with defined distribution strategy
Support sales team with 5+ customized marketing collateral pieces (pitch decks, case studies, brochures)

Month-over-month percentage increase in website visitors from organic search, targeting 15%+ by month 6
LinkedIn Engagement Rate
Average engagement (likes + comments + shares) as percentage of followers on company posts
Landing Page Conversion Rate
Percentage of visitors completing desired action (signup, download, contact request) on new pages

- You're enrolled in a Master's program (Marketing, Communication, or related) and can commit 1 year alternance starting September 2026
- You write well and care about clarity—blog articles and social copy are your jam

- You want ownership: you'll drive projects end-to-end, not just execute tasks
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Paris
- You're looking for deep technical SEO or paid performance marketing focus (this is content and organic-first)
- You lack writing confidence or can't handle multiple simultaneous projects without handholding
