Taptap Send is the leading cross-border fintech for emerging markets, now scaling across South Asian diaspora communities in the US. You'll own the full growth strategy-from building partnership ecosystems to driving customer acquisition-in a high-growth startup backed by top-tier investors.
Your Mission
Map and qualify 20+ strategic partnership targets across Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali, and Sri Lankan communities in top US cities
Close 3-5 foundational partnerships (community orgs, ethnic media, cultural associations) and activate first co-marketing campaigns
Build a structured partnership pipeline with deal value, activation timeline, and revenue impact tracking
Launch initial ambassador/influencer network (10-15 community champions) with clear KPIs and engagement cadence
Achieve 500K+ impressions and 50+ qualified partnership activations across the South Asia corridor
Drive $X in partnership-sourced revenue with CAC tracking and optimization across channels
Scale ambassador network to 50+ active community champions with monthly engagement and performance reviews
Develop and execute 3 major localised campaigns (per-community) with cultural relevance testing and A/B learnings
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by channel
Track cost-per-customer from partnerships, ambassadors, and digital campaigns to identify and scale high-efficiency channels.
Partnership Pipeline Value
Monitor deal count, value, and activation timeline across active partnerships to forecast revenue impact.
Community Ambassador Engagement & Performance
Track activation rate, referrals generated, and retention of ambassador network against monthly KPIs.
Campaign ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on localised digital and community activation campaigns.
Market Penetration & Whitespace Identification
Monitor competitive activity and identify untapped corridors/communities with highest growth potential.

Is This Role For You?
- You have an existing network in South Asian diaspora communities (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali, Sri Lankan) in US cities
- You've driven growth through partnerships, community activations, or grassroots campaigns-data-driven but scrappy
- You're comfortable in high-growth startup chaos and can build infrastructure while moving fast
- You have 3-5 years of growth marketing or business development experience with proven track record on CAC, retention, and revenue impact
- You speak to diaspora realities: remittance behavior, cultural nuance, and trust-building in immigrant communities
- You need remote flexibility-this role is on-site in New York
- You're unfamiliar with fintech, remittance, or diaspora markets and unwilling to learn fast
- You prefer solo execution over cross-functional ownership; this requires partnership building and stakeholder management
