The Challenge
T-mapp is a profitable fintech (remittances/payments) scaling aggressively across Mexico and Central America without needing new funding since Series B. You'll own regional growth from strategy through execution, managing agencies and community while hitting aggressive user acquisition targets.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3-5 user acquisition campaigns across Mexico and Central America, targeting CAC benchmarks and establishing baseline performance metrics
Map and activate 10+ community champions and local influencers in key markets to build trust within the diaspora network
Establish reporting cadence and data infrastructure with performance dashboards tracking CAC, ROI, and new sender acquisition by channel
Onboard and align 2-3 external agencies on go-to-market strategy and performance targets
Achieve 40-60% month-over-month new sender growth through optimized acquisition channels and community partnerships
Reduce CAC by 20-30% through data-driven channel optimization and reallocation to highest-ROI initiatives
Scale experience marketing and influencer collaboration program to 25+ active partners with documented impact on conversion
Build regional playbook for repeatable user acquisition strategy applicable across Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua

Monthly count of new senders acquired across all channels in Mexico and Central America.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Average spend per new sender acquired, tracked by channel and geography.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Revenue generated per dollar spent on paid acquisition campaigns.
Activation Rate by Channel
Percentage of acquired users who complete first transaction within 7 days, segmented by source.
Community Partner Impact
Conversion rate and volume attributed to influencer and community champion referrals.

Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 6-8 years in fintech, payments, or remittance growth roles and know how to acquire users at scale
- You're fluent in English and Spanish and can navigate Latin American business culture and diaspora dynamics
- You thrive in ambiguous, hands-on environments where you design strategy AND execute campaigns yourself
- You're obsessed with data—CAC, ROI, unit economics—and make decisions based on numbers, not gut feel
- You want autonomy and P&L ownership without constant VC board drama
- You're looking for a pure strategy/management role—you need to get your hands dirty running campaigns and analyzing data
- You don't speak advanced Spanish or have zero exposure to Latin American markets and diaspora communities
- You need equity or equity-like upside—this is a cash-paid contractor/EOR role with no equity component
- You can't travel regularly for activations and partner meetings, or don't have/can't get a valid visa
