Job Summary
- Develop and execute targeted outbound outreach efforts that support lead generation, meeting generation, and top-of-pipeline opportunity development.
Partner with marketing and account leadership to identify target accounts, prospective client contacts, market segments, therapeutic areas, and timely business development opportunities. Use AI tools, market intelligence, audience research, and internal knowledge to improve targeting, segmentation, and outreach messaging. Lead AI-informed approaches to prospect research, audience prioritization, message testing, and personalized outreach strategies. Apply knowledge of prospective client needs, behaviors, and buying signals to improve the customer journey and strengthen touchpoints from awareness through conversion. Work closely with marketing to support campaign development, including audience strategy, messaging direction, content ideas, and channel recommendations. Provide insight into what prospective clients are looking for, what messages are resonating, and where marketing and business development efforts can be better aligned. Conduct pre-pitch research and opportunity analysis for priority prospects, pitch roadmap opportunities, and larger strategic pitches. Prepare clear pitch briefing materials that summarize client background, therapeutic area context, market dynamics, opportunity drivers, relevant insights, and messaging considerations. Help coordinate pitch roadmap activity by managing timelines, inputs, research needs, internal touchpoints, and team alignment. Maintain a working knowledge of Addison Whitney capabilities, Syneos Health solutions and resources, healthcare industry trends, brand strategy, therapeutic area categories, and competitor activity.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required Candidate should have at least 2-5 years of strategic selling experience with a proven track record of success Self-starter, able to work with minimal direction Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with building relationships Ability to communicate effectively across disciplines and hierarchies Persuasive communication and writing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, team-driven environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strength in multitasking, organization, and attention to detail Strong time management, organization, and presentation skills
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $X to $Y. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
