The Challenge
Stride-up is a fast-growing marketing agency hunting for a seasoned CRM leader to own strategic accounts and build best-in-class retention ecosystems. You'll be the go-to partner for demanding clients, architecting omnichannel automation at scale while mentoring the team to excellence.
Your Mission
Map and audit 5 strategic client accounts; define tailored retention strategies across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and wallet channels
Design and deploy 3 advanced automation architectures from brief to launch, ensuring flawless segmentation and deliverability
Build trust with C-level marketing stakeholders; present monthly strategic reviews with growth roadmaps and upsell opportunities
Document CRM best practices and onboard team members on new frameworks to raise agency-wide capability
Drive 15-25% revenue lift across your 5-account portfolio through strategic upsells and expanded automation scope
Establish yourself as the agency's CRM reference; lead 2 internal training sessions on advanced segmentation, data hygiene, and AI-driven optimization
Standardize omnichannel architecture playbooks (email, SMS, push workflows) for repeatable delivery across clients
Identify and implement 2 new retention channels or AI-powered optimization techniques that differentiate Stride-up in market

Portfolio Revenue Growth
Track MoM/QoQ upsell and expansion revenue across your 5 client accounts; target 15-25% growth
Automation Performance Benchmarks
Monitor email open rates, click-through rates, SMS conversion lift, and deliverability scores across all deployed workflows
Client Retention & NPS
Maintain 95%+ retention; aim for NPS >50 via quarterly strategic reviews and proactive optimization recommendations
Time-to-Value
Measure speed from strategy definition to first campaign launch; target <30 days for standard automations, <60 for complex ecosystems
Team Capability Lift
Track adoption of new CRM frameworks by team; success = 80%+ of junior/mid-level staff trained and executing independently

- You have 6-10 years of hands-on CRM experience, ideally in agency or startup environments where you wore multiple hats
- You're comfortable with Klaviyo, Wax, Simio, and other automation stacks; bonus points for design literacy (Figma)
- You think like a partner, not a vendor—you translate client goals into omnichannel strategies that drive tangible growth
- You're ambitious, curious, and energized by ownership; rapid career growth and bigger challenges drive you
- You're proactive about embedding AI into workflows to eliminate drudgework and focus on high-leverage strategy
- You need remote flexibility or hybrid work—this role is 100% on-site in Paris
- You prefer execution over strategy; this is a strategic account leadership role, not a hands-on operator role
- You lack agency or startup experience; navigating multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and complexity is core to success
