The Challenge
Stride-up is scaling fast and needs a CRM maestro to own client relationships end-to-end. You'll manage up to 5 brands, architect their retention strategies across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push—then prove ROI with data-driven decisions that move the needle.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing client CRM architectures; identify quick wins in segmentation, automation, and deliverability
Master your 5-client portfolio: build strategic briefs, establish performance baselines, and define LTV-focused roadmaps
Launch 2-3 A/B testing initiatives across your accounts to validate personalization and channel mix assumptions
Build trust with clients through bi-weekly performance reviews showing concrete ROI improvements and next-quarter recommendations
Scale portfolio performance: achieve 15-25% LTV lift across accounts through advanced segmentation and dynamic personalization
Design and deploy 2+ complex automation workflows leveraging AI for predictive send-time optimization and churn prevention
Develop repeatable templates for retention strategy (email sequencing, SMS triggers, WhatsApp flows) that compress new client onboarding by 40%
Establish yourself as the go-to retention strategist: present quarterly insights at client C-suite level with data-backed growth recommendations

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
Track LTV growth per client portfolio; your core focus for ROI arbitrage and investment decisions.
Email/SMS/Push Open & Click Rates
Monitor channel performance against industry benchmarks; optimize personalization and send timing to drive conversions.
Automation Workflow Conversion Rate
Measure revenue impact of triggered sequences; aim for 3-5% uplift per new workflow deployment.
Client Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
Track retained revenue and expansion revenue from your portfolio; target 110%+ NRR to prove retention ROI.
Campaign Deliverability Rate
Maintain inbox placement above 95%; monitor bounce rates and spam complaints to ensure technical rigor.
