Street Athle is building community around sports and wellness. You'll own their social presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn—creating content that drives engagement while learning real digital marketing fundamentals.
Your Mission
Establish consistent content calendar across 4+ social platforms using Hootsuite; publish 3-5 posts weekly aligned with brand voice
Create 15+ original visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) that meet brand guidelines and drive 10%+ engagement lift
Launch and optimize 2-3 Facebook ad campaigns; track ROAS and conversion metrics via Google Analytics
Conduct competitive analysis of 5+ competitors in sports/wellness space; document trends and recommend 3 strategic adjustments
Grow Instagram followers by 25%+ and achieve 5%+ engagement rate through consistent, platform-optimized content strategy
Execute end-to-end e-commerce campaign integration; track product-to-sale attribution via Google Analytics and propose optimization roadmap
Build and maintain social listening process; monthly competitive report with 5+ actionable recommendations for content and strategy
Create reusable content templates and SOPs for team; document lessons learned on top-performing content formats and posting times
