The Challenge
Coachello is a bootstrapped, high-growth AI coaching platform trusted by CAC 40 groups and scale-ups. You'll build their demand engine from the ground up, turning them into a household name for HR and L&D leaders-capturing today's demand while building tomorrow's.
Your Mission
Map and audit current demand generation channels (SEO, email, events); identify quick wins and gaps
Define and document Coachello's content pillars and editorial calendar for next 6 months
Launch first high-impact demand generation campaign aligned with Sales pipeline; track MQLs and conversion
Establish weekly Sales-Marketing alignment cadence; create 3 killer sales assets (case studies, decks, templates)
Own and grow inbound lead volume by 40%+ with clear attribution to content, email, and event channels
Execute 4-6 high-impact events (webinars, roundtables, or industry conferences) that feed pipeline and build brand authority
Publish 30+ pieces of data-driven content (LinkedIn posts, reports, templates, videos) anchored to Coachello's unique coaching data
Establish Coachello as a recognizable, remembered brand in HR/L&D space; track brand lift via LinkedIn engagement and event attendance

Inbound MQL Volume & Quality
Track monthly qualified leads from content, email, and events; measure conversion to SQL and win rate vs. paid sources.
Content Performance (Engagement & Reach)
Monitor LinkedIn post reach, engagement rate, click-through, and email open/click rates; tie engagement to pipeline influence.
Sales Velocity & Ease
Measure time-to-close, deal size, and Sales satisfaction with marketing-sourced leads; track how often Sales reuses marketing assets.
Event ROI & Attendance
Track attendance, qualified attendees, pipeline influence, and cost per lead for webinars and in-person events.
Brand Awareness (Top-of-Funnel)
Monitor LinkedIn follower growth, website traffic, and brand-mention volume; survey Sales on how often prospects recognize Coachello.
