Your Role:

As a Growth Marketing Specialist, your primary focus will be to analyze customer data, define and refine buyer personas, and design and execute high-performing digital advertising campaigns. You will manage paid acquisition efforts across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on generating qualified leads for our Spanish and English programs.

You will also play a key role in retargeting, creative development, and performance optimization, ensuring that all campaigns are continuously improved based on data and results.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Data Analysis: Analyze CRM data, current customers, and churned users to define and refine buyer personas.

Advertising Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive paid advertising strategy aligned with company growth goals.

Campaign Management: Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Retargeting Campaigns: Design and manage retargeting strategies to re-engage website visitors, leads, and prospects.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign performance, prepare weekly reports, and make data-driven optimizations.

Creative Development: Create ad visuals, graphics, and promotional materials aligned with campaign goals.

Copywriting: Write compelling ad copy and campaign descriptions optimized for conversions.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, or growth marketing (Google, Meta, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working with CRM data and customer insights
  • Experience building and executing paid media strategies
  • Ability to create and optimize ad creatives and copy
  • Strong understanding of retargeting and conversion optimization
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable using marketing tools and AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on ROI and lead quality
  • Strong communication skills in English (C1 level preferred)
