Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're a Bac+4/5 student (commerce, journalism, marketing, communications) eager to own real community dynamics at scale
  • You live and breathe social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn) and understand app store marketing mechanics
  • You write cleanly in French and can navigate English-speaking international teams with ease
  • You're analytical: you interpret store metrics, review sentiment, and competitive moves—then act on them
Won't Work If
  • You expect a traditional corporate internship with busywork; this role demands real strategy ownership from day one
  • You're not fluent in French or uncomfortable writing/communicating in it daily; content production is core
  • You don't have basic graphic design or content creation skills (Photoshop/Canva minimum); you'll be producing assets, not just strategizing
  • You're looking for pure remote work; this is hybrid with expected office presence in Paris

Interview Process

1

Initial Phone Screen

30 min with HR: motivation, availability (6-month timeline), French/English fluency check, remote expectations

2

Portfolio & Writing Test

Submit 2-3 examples of community management or content work (social posts, app reviews, digital copy); short writing sample in French

3

Manager Interview

45-60 min with Digital Products team lead: deep dive into app store strategy, metrics interpretation, how you'd approach the role

4

Case Study / Work Sample

Analyze a fictional banking app's store presence (reviews, competition) and propose 3 quick wins; creative + analytical

5

Final Offer

HR confirms internship terms, start date, onboarding schedule
