The Challenge
SEH is a 100% employee-owned engineering and consulting firm building projects that positively impact communities. They're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be the operational backbone of their marketing function-organizing systems, managing events, and ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
Your Mission
Master SEH's marketing tech stack (CRM, DAM, file management) and establish yourself as the go-to person for data accuracy and organization
Successfully execute 2-3 conference/sponsorship logistics from briefing through post-event reporting
Audit and standardize marketing materials for brand consistency; establish a quality control process
Build strong working relationships with marketing, technical, and sales teams to understand workflows and pain points
Lead end-to-end event coordination for major sponsorships; track ROI and sponsorship benefit utilization with reporting dashboards
Implement improved digital asset management system with tagging and metadata standards; train team on new process
Own the employee resume template program; ensure 80%+ of team profiles are current and consistent
Develop marketing operations playbooks for recurring activities (event coordination, content reviews, material approvals)

Event Coordination On-Time Delivery
% of conference and sponsorship deliverables completed by deadline with zero brand compliance issues.
CRM/DAM Data Accuracy
% of marketing records verified clean in your first audit and maintained monthly thereafter.
Team Adoption of New Processes
% of internal stakeholders actively using new asset management or approval workflows within 90 days.
Sponsorship ROI Tracking
Completeness of sponsorship benefit tracking (leads, mentions, visibility) against invested capital.
