WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...
You will design and execute integrated marketing initiatives across email, web, and social platforms to increase awareness and adoption of our technology. Leading the content strategy, you’ll create thought leadership, case studies, videos, and community programs while maintaining a consistent brand voice. You will optimize SEO, paid search, and other digital channels to maximize reach and engagement. Using data and analytics, you’ll identify growth opportunities, run experiments, and continuously refine campaigns to improve performance and ROI. Collaboration with product, engineering, and customer success teams will be essential to align messaging, launch new features, and highlight customer stories. Additionally, you’ll oversee marketing systems, automation workflows, and analytics dashboards, keeping ahead of trends on social media and other digital platforms to drive organic traction. We are looking for a senior, full-stack marketer with experience scaling growth in B2B SaaS environments. Ideally, you have a track record of building a marketing function from scratch or growing it significantly, and are comfortable taking a hands-on approach while leading the strategy. You are tech-savvy, with a strong understanding of AI and modern marketing tools, and can balance storytelling with analytical rigor. Previous experience in industries where education and clear messaging are key such as fintech, compliance, or enterprise tech, is highly valued.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...
- Proven experience in growth marketing for high-growth B2B SaaS companies, ideally from Seed to Series B
- Hands-on, full-stack marketing expertise: demand generation, content, campaigns, SEO, paid media, partnerships
- Strong storytelling skills to translate technical innovation into engaging, human-centered narratives
- Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze performance, run experiments, and optimize campaigns for ROI
- Tech-savvy: experience with marketing automation, analytics, and collaboration tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webflow, Notion, Figma, or similar)
- Leadership experience: capable of building or scaling a marketing function while remaining hands-on
- Collaboration skills: able to work effectively with product, engineering, sales, and leadership teams
- Experience in traditional B2B industries (e.g., fintech, compliance, security tech) where educating customers is key
