Role based in Miami, Florida (Serving Southeast & Southwest Florida)

About Seafair Event Yachts

Seafair Event Yachts is a premier luxury yacht venue company specializing in high-end corporate, social, and experiential events aboard world-class vessels. Operating across Southeast and Southwest Florida, Seafair delivers unforgettable experiences on the water for events ranging from intimate celebrations to large-scale productions.

As we continue to expand our fleet and footprint, we are seeking a Marketing Manager to support our growing sales and marketing initiatives across both regions.

Position Overview

The Marketing Manager plays a key role in driving leads to the Sales Team through brand visibility to target audiences. This is not a purely creative position. Support of revenue generation is the primary objective.

This position is based in Miami, FL, working closely with the leadership and Sales Team to support two event vessels operating from Miami to Palm Beach (on the east coast) and Marco Island to Tampa (on the west coast).

Key Responsibilities

*Lead Generation & Reporting (TOP PRIORITY) *

  • Plan and execute targeted print, email, social media, PR, and digital advertising campaigns
  • Track which campaigns and lead sources are producing quality inquiries
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on lead volume, lead quality, campaign performance, and marketing spend
  • Help identify where to increase, reduce, or adjust marketing spend

Marketing Materials & Sales Tools

  • Create and maintain brochures, flyers, sales decks, FAQs, and other sales tools
  • Keep all marketing materials accurate, current, and on-brand
  • Develop tools that help the Sales Team explain Seafair’s value and overcome common objections
  • Maintain an organized library of photos, videos, logos, copy, and sales resources

Website & Online Listings

  • Keep the website updated with current photos, videos, copy, and lead forms
  • Maintain Seafair’s listings on lead directories, event platforms, wedding sites, Google Business Profile, and similar channels
  • Support basic SEO and local search visibility

Marketing Events & Trade Shows

  • Partner with the Sales and Events Teams to organize onboard buyer events
  • Assist Sales Team with participation in offsite trade shows and networking events
  • Coordinate basic marketing event needs, including invitations, collateral, signage, lead capture, and follow-up

Vendor Coordination

  • Coordinate with outside designers, photographers, videographers, printers, ad vendors, and web vendors
  • The Marketing Manager is expected to coordinate and execute projects, not just manage outside vendors
  • Help manage marketing budgets, invoices, timelines, and deliverables

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager; specific experience in hospitality or events (preferred)
  • Experience with CRM or event platforms (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, Tripleseat) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple markets and priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace

What We’re Looking For

  • Proactive self-starter with a “can-do” attitude
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial small-business environment
  • Professional, polished demeanor aligned with a luxury brand
  • Highly organized and deadline-driven
  • Passion for luxury hospitality, events, or experiential marketing
  • Willingness to travel within SE and SW Florida for events or meetings

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the energy and variety of a growing small business. While we strive to be organized and process-driven, this is not a rigid corporate environment. The right person will be resourceful, flexible, comfortable with changing priorities, and willing to take ownership of projects from idea through execution.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $60,000-$80,000 Annual Salary
  • Paid Time Off, after 90 days
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, after 90 days
  • Opportunity for growth within a fast-expanding luxury brand
  • Exposure to high-profile clients, events, and industry partners
  • Dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Vision insurance
