The Challenge
Roivant is a biopharmaceutical powerhouse with 8 FDA approvals and $10B+ in pharma partnerships. You'll drive payer adoption across their Health Vants-healthcare tech startups-by cracking the complex health insurance ecosystem and scaling partnerships that matter.
Your Mission
Map the payer landscape: identify 50+ target health plans (national + regional) and their strategic priorities across relevant lines of business
Establish initial 8-10 payer meetings and qualify pipeline with decision-makers at top 20 target plans
Develop go-to-market playbook for portfolio companies including messaging, value propositions, and contracting frameworks
Co-create sales strategy with each Roivant Health Vant leadership team to align on positioning and target accounts
Close first 3-5 payer partnerships with signed contracts and committed adoption timelines
Build repeatable sales process: documented qualification criteria, demo flows, and contract templates
Generate $2M+ in pipeline value (committed + in-progress negotiations) across portfolio
Deliver market intelligence playbook to inform product development roadmaps for 2-3 Vants

- You've only done pharma sales or provider-side relationships-payer expertise is table stakes

- You lack executive presence for boardroom payer conversations or can't code-switch between Vant CEOs and C-suite payers
