The Challenge
Revolut's advertising and performance products are scaling fast—they need a hunter who can build partnerships from zero. You'll own the full sales cycle with brands and performance marketers, turning them into revenue-generating partners for one of Europe's fastest-growing fintechs.
Your Mission
Build and qualify a pipeline of 30+ target brands and performance marketing teams via outbound prospecting
Book and complete discovery calls with 15+ marketing decision makers to understand their acquisition challenges
Close 3-5 pilot deals on CLO, PBO, or affiliate products to validate product-market fit with new verticals
Develop deep knowledge of Revolut's media solutions, CPA economics, and competitive positioning in the lifestyle space
Hit €500K+ in annual contract value (ACV) across new partnerships acquired
Expand revenue by 40%+ within 5-8 existing partner accounts through upsells and new product adoption
Build a repeatable outbound process that generates 50+ qualified meetings per quarter
Establish yourself as the go-to contact for lifestyle brands seeking card-linked offers and performance-based partnerships

How well partners are executing campaigns and achieving CPA/ROAS targets—drives expansion and retention.

- You're uncomfortable with rejection or don't have thick skin for cold outreach and low response rates
- You don't understand performance marketing fundamentals or can't quickly learn CPA/ROAS models
