The Challenge

Revolut is scaling its Business product across Europe with 70M+ users already trusting the platform. You'll own the Dutch market from scratch, turning a blank canvas into a revenue-driving growth engine for their fastest-growing segment.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map the Dutch B2B fintech ecosystem, identify 5-10 high-potential partnership/affiliate channels, and secure 2-3 pilot deals

Launch first local campaign (awareness or demand-gen) targeting Dutch SMBs with measurable baseline metrics (leads, signups, spend)

Build local proof points: 2-3 customer case studies or testimonials from early adopters, ready for activation

4

Establish weekly reporting cadence with regional leadership showing funnel performance, LTV, CAC, and experiment results

By 6 Months
1

Scale mid-funnel engines beyond paid: deliver 30%+ of leads from partnerships, events, or community vs paid channels

Execute 3-4 local field marketing activations (trade shows, roundtables, creator collaborations) with ROI tracking

Hit product-market fit metrics for Dutch Business segment: repeatable unit economics, clear positioning, validated messaging

Become the voice of Dutch market: deliver 2-3 deep insights to global product team that influence roadmap or positioning decisions

KPIs You'll Own

Local CAC (Cost Acquisition Cost)

Track cost to acquire a paying Business customer in Netherlands, broken by channel.

Mid-funnel pipeline contribution

% of qualified leads or revenue sourced from partnerships, events, affiliates, and owned content vs paid.

Funnel conversion rate

Awareness → signup → activation → paying customer, measured end-to-end.

LTV/CAC ratio

Lifetime value of Dutch Business customer vs acquisition cost; target 3:1 minimum.

Partnership/affiliate ROI

Revenue generated from each partnership or affiliate channel vs investment.

For You If
  • You've scaled B2B demand engines in a fast-growth SaaS or fintech company and can own metrics end-to-end
  • You're fluent in Dutch and English, and you understand the Benelux business ecosystem (partnerships, events, players)
  • You thrive in ambiguity-you're comfortable testing, learning, and scrapping what doesn't work without needing a playbook
  • You're analytical but also scrappy: you can wire up a Slack integration, write a case study, AND present to execs
  • You genuinely believe in the product and want to build something big in fintech, not just run campaigns
Won't Work If
  • You need a fully mapped process or big budget upfront-this is entrepreneurial, bootstrapped growth in a new market
  • You're not fluent in Dutch or uncomfortable with on-site work in France 4-5 days/week
  • You're a top-of-funnel specialist only; mid and full-funnel growth require partnership, community, and creative activation
