The Challenge

Revolut is redefining fintech for 70M+ users globally. As a Graduate Marketing Manager, you'll own growth strategy across regions and channels-from market launches to retention campaigns-working on campaigns that rival Audi F1 and NBA partnerships.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Complete regional rotation: shadow local marketers, deliver 1 localized campaign brief adapted from global strategy

Map marketing funnel and KPIs for your assigned region; establish baseline performance metrics

3

Develop project management system for campaign tracking; master internal tools and stakeholder workflows

4

Present learnings: competitive analysis of 2-3 markets, market-specific growth opportunities

By 6 Months
1

Lead end-to-end channel rotation campaign (branding, media, partnerships, or events); measure impact against KPIs

Build comprehensive marketing roadmap for Q3-Q4 2026 with regional and channel inputs

Deliver data-driven growth recommendations: identify 3+ scaling opportunities with ROI projections

Fast-track evaluation: demonstrate readiness for promotion with measurable campaign wins and team impact

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track cost-per-customer by channel and region; optimize spend allocation

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)

Monitor retention and engagement metrics by cohort to measure campaign quality

Market Launch Velocity

Time-to-profitability and user acquisition speed in new regional markets

Channel ROI

Return on investment by marketing channel (paid, partnerships, events, branding)

  • You graduated in 2024-2025 from a top-tier university with 60%+ GPA (or 8/10 equivalent)
  • You've demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship, tech, or marketing via internships, projects, or side ventures
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with real P&L impact
  • You've interned at a top-tier consultancy (McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or investment bank-or you have equivalent analytical chops
  • You're relocating to France and available full-time from April 2026
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or prefer distributed teams; this role is on-site in France
  • You haven't graduated yet or fall outside the 2024-2025 cohort
  • You lack analytical rigor or hate spreadsheets; growth marketing here is metrics-obsessed
  • You're looking for a traditional individual contributor role; this is hands-on leadership from day 1
