Your Mission
Audit current SEO performance across key markets; identify top 20 high-impact opportunities (technical, content, backlink gaps)
Launch 3 pillar content clusters targeting high-intent delivery keywords; establish content calendar and editorial workflow
Fix critical technical SEO issues (crawlability, Core Web Vitals, site structure); improve mobile usability scores by 15%
Build baseline keyword rankings dashboard; establish monthly reporting cadence for stakeholders
Grow organic traffic 40%+ YoY; achieve top 3 rankings for 50+ high-volume keywords across markets
Scale content production to 2-3 pieces/week; achieve 2M+ monthly organic impressions
Establish link-building program; acquire 30+ high-quality backlinks from relevant domains
Reduce time-to-first-byte by 25%; improve Largest Contentful Paint scores to <2.5s across mobile and desktop

- You've grown organic traffic 30%+ YoY for a marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce platform
- You're comfortable with limited resources and prioritizing high-ROI SEO initiatives ruthlessly
- You speak Spanish or Portuguese and understand Latam search behavior differences
- You can work independently but collaborate effectively with content, product, and paid teams
- You nerd out on technical SEO and can audit/fix crawlability and Core Web Vitals issues
- You need hands-on management or weekly check-ins to stay focused; Rappi expects self-direction
- You're SEO-only and won't touch content strategy, technical implementation, or cross-functional collaboration
