The Challenge

RandomCoffee is the go-to platform for breaking silos in Fortune 500s like Spotify, Twitter, and TikTok. You'll own growth and acquisition for their most ambitious product launch yet-working directly with founders to scale from proven product-market fit to the next level.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Build and execute 3+ targeted outbound campaigns (email sequences, LinkedIn outreach) with defined conversion targets

Establish analytics baseline across all acquisition channels and set up clean reporting in HubSpot/Intercom

Launch 2 optimized newsletter cycles with clear open rate and engagement benchmarks

4

Audit and A/B test 5+ high-traffic pages on Webflow for conversion lift

By 6 Months
1

Hit 25%+ month-over-month lead generation growth through systematized outbound + content channels

2

Own full event strategy for 2+ tech/HR events with measurable pre/post activation metrics

3

Establish SEO baseline for 10+ priority pages and improve organic visibility by 40%+

4

Create scalable content playbook (LinkedIn, newsletter, blog) with repeatable asset creation process

KPIs You'll Own

Lead Volume & Cost Per Lead

Track outbound campaign volume, conversion rates, and CAC across email, LinkedIn, and event channels

Email Engagement (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion)

Monitor newsletter performance benchmarks and continuously test subject lines, send times, and content

Website Conversion Rate & Time on Page

Track Webflow page performance via A/B tests and user behavior to optimize landing pages

Organic Traffic & Keyword Rankings

Monitor SEO progress on target keywords and organic-driven lead generation

Event ROI & Attendance

Measure registration, attendance, and post-event lead quality for tech and HR events
