The role
Join us as a Growth Ops Engineer (Salesforce) and design, build, and improve the systems that enable Qonto's Growth teams to operate efficiently and scale across 8 European markets.
You'll turn complex business needs into scalable technical solutions in a fast-evolving, AI-driven environment under the guidance of Julien Gateaud, our Growth Ops Engineering Lead.
What you'll do
- Analyse and solve business problems end-to-end: Dig into root causes, break topics into actionable steps, and implement solutions across Salesforce, Segment, and data tools without hand-holding required.
- Build scalable technical solutions: Design and develop robust Salesforce features using Apex and LWC, automations, and integrations that directly improve the performance and efficiency of our Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management teams.
- Own high-impact topics end-to-end: Take full ownership of your scope, ship solutions with measurable business impact, and partner closely with PMs and Growth teams to keep delivery quality high.
- Own the stack's reliability: Ensure production quality and maintainability by auditing, cleaning, and documenting what you build so the system stays solid as Qonto scales.
- AI Leveraging: be at the core of optimizing revenue generation and improving operational efficiency across the growth engine.
What we're looking for
Salesforce engineering experience
: You have hands-on experience building solutions using Apex and LWC in a production Salesforce orgArchitecture mindset
: You design scalable and maintainable systems, and make sound technical decisions beyond quick fixes.Strong data modeling skills
: You design efficient object models, manage relationships, and ensure data integrity and performance at scale.Autonomous problem-solver
: You identify root causes, structure solutions independently, and proactively move things forward without waiting to be told what to do.Maximize value for your users
: You deeply understand how Sales, Partnerships, and Account Management teams work, and you design solutions that maximize the value they get out of every feature you ship.

Your future manager
You'll report to Julien Gateaud, our Growth Ops Engineering Lead. Julien combines strong technical expertise in Salesforce and systems with a genuine business-oriented mindset. Don't expect micro-management, he's focused on enabling your autonomy, encouraging real problem-solving, and helping you build solutions that last.
