The Challenge
Publicis Media is hunting for a Content Manager who sees SEO content as the most underutilized lever in marketing—and can prove it with real client impact. You'll own strategy, production, and performance across accounts with serious business stakes.
Your Mission
Complete semantic audits and content gap analyses on 3-4 key client accounts; deliver prioritized keyword clusters and content roadmaps aligned to business KPIs
Establish and document hybrid IA/human content production workflows; create 5-8 validated content briefs that demonstrate repeatable quality standards
Build baseline performance dashboards tracking traffic, positioning, and engagement for all assigned accounts; present initial ROI findings to clients
Conduct competitive content analysis and LLM presence audits; identify and document 10+ quick-win optimization opportunities on existing pages
Deliver 25-40 high-performing SEO content pieces (mix of new + optimized) with measurable lift in organic traffic and keyword rankings across portfolio
Reduce content production cycle time by 30% through refined AI prompts, workflows, and validation criteria; scale from internal to external production without quality loss
Demonstrate content-driven ROI with quarterly editorials showing traffic-to-conversion lift; secure 2+ client contract expansions based on content performance
Lead thought leadership initiative on AI-hybrid content; contribute 2-3 internal case studies and participate in Publicis Media knowledge-sharing on SEO best practices

Organic Traffic Lift
Month-over-month growth in sessions and users from search, tracked by content piece and client account.
Keyword Ranking Position
Average position movement for target keywords; percentage of keywords moving into top 3, top 10, and top 20 SERPs.
Content Production Velocity
Number of publishable drafts created per week; ratio of AI-drafted to human-edited content; cycle time from brief to publication.
Conversion Rate by Content
Engagement and conversion metrics tied to specific content pieces; cost-per-lead or cost-per-sale by content cluster.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
Quarterly net promoter score on content strategy; number of accounts requesting scope expansion or renewal.
