A fast-growing consumer AI startup at the intersection of AI, crypto, and user sovereignty is building a next-generation platform for users, apps, and autonomous agents to interact and scale intelligence.
They’re looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to take ownership of the full growth engine - turning early traction into a scalable, data-driven system powered by experimentation and AI.
Role:
- Own and scale end-to-end growth strategy tied to revenue
- Build and optimise acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels
- Lead brand, messaging, and overall market positioning
- Implement data-driven experimentation and AI-powered growth systems
Requirements:
- 10+ years in growth or marketing roles with experience scaling a business, ideally in startups
- Proven track record driving measurable revenue growth
- Strong analytical mindset and hands-on operator
- Familiarity with crypto/web3 ecosystems a plus
