Is This Role For You?
- You've scaled paid channels (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) for B2B SaaS and can prove ROAS and CAC improvements with data
- You're obsessed with testing, attribution, and conversion rate optimization—not just spend and impressions
- You thrive in early-stage/scale-up environments where you wear multiple hats and move fast
- You can communicate performance clearly to leadership and make data-driven budget decisions
- You're based in or comfortable with Paris-hybrid setup with occasional office presence
- You treat paid marketing as a black box—you need to understand funnel mechanics, attribution, and unit economics deeply
- You prefer brand-only campaigns or top-of-funnel awareness over measurable conversions and pipeline impact
- You need a fully remote role or can't commit to hybrid in Paris
- You're not comfortable with rapidly evolving tools and platforms—this role demands continuous learning

About Growth Marketing Roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
