The Challenge

Partoo is a profitable European scale-up hitting an acceleration phase in 2026-they're building the operating system for local customer experience across retail networks. You'll help scale their Field Marketing playbook across France while owning event logistics, content creation, and campaign automation.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Execute 3+ major field events (trade shows, client dinners, webinars) with zero logistics friction and documented attendee pipeline

Create 15+ assets (social graphics, email templates, event collateral) that directly support lead capture and brand consistency

3

Launch 2 A/B test campaigns on LinkedIn/email to establish performance baseline for French market campaigns

4

Build HubSpot automation sequences for 2 prospect segments to nurture post-event leads

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end delivery of France field marketing calendar (6+ events) with measurable lead generation and ROI tracking

Grow Partoo's LinkedIn community by 30%+ through consistent content, community management, and event amplification

3

Optimize email campaign performance through 5+ A/B tests, documenting winning subject lines, CTAs, and send timing

4

Document and systemize repeatable field marketing playbook for potential replication in other European markets

Track qualified leads sourced from field events and measure conversion rate to pipeline stage.

Email Engagement Rate

Monitor open rate, click-through rate, and conversion rate across nurture sequences and campaign sends.

LinkedIn Reach & Engagement

Track follower growth, post impressions, engagement rate, and profile clicks from content and community management.

Content Completion Rate

Measure video/short-form content views, completion rate, and shares from event-captured assets.

Campaign Cost Per Lead

Calculate efficiency of field + digital campaigns blended to optimize spend allocation.

  • You're fluent in French (required for on-ground field marketing coordination and market research)
  • You love fast feedback loops-this is a test-and-learn role where you run small experiments and iterate quickly
  • You want early-stage SaaS growth experience where your decisions directly impact pipeline and brand awareness

  • You need stable, predictable day-to-day tasks-Field Marketing is inherently reactive and event-driven
  • You're expecting a remote or hybrid setup-this is 100% on-site in Paris
  • You're not comfortable working across teams (commerce, product, sales) with no siloed 'pure marketing' bubble
  • You lack beginner-to-intermediate design skills or comfort learning Figma/Canva on the job
