Role Objective

We are looking for a growth-oriented Social Media & Community Marketer to build global awareness, developer trust, and product demand for

Instanodes

, a Web3 infrastructure platform.

This role is not a traditional branding or posting role. It is a

demand-generation and product-adoption role

, where social channels function as acquisition, education, and sales-support channels. The primary goal is to turn technical audiences into engaged users, qualified leads, and active platform adopters.

The Position Directly Supports

developer signups

product adoption and usage

outbound and sales enablement

establishment of brand authority in the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem

You will act as the public communication layer between the product and the market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Strategy & Execution

Own and execute Instanodes’ global social strategy across key platforms:

X (Twitter)

LinkedIn

YouTube (shorts, tutorials, explainers)

Reddit (targeted technical communities)

Position Instanodes As a Trusted Infrastructure Provider For

developers

Web3 startups

enterprise blockchain teams

node operators and infra engineers

Develop a consistent voice that is technical, credible, and valuable to a developer-first audience rather than promotional.

  • Developer & Product-Led Content

Translate complex technical concepts into clear and engaging social content, including:

RPC performance insights

node infrastructure best practices

validator and chain updates

feature announcements

product walkthroughs and demos

Collaborate Closely With

Product team

Developer Relations (DevRel)

Content & SEO team

to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and educational value.

Your content should educate first and market second.

  • Campaigns & Launch Support

Plan And Execute Social Campaigns For

new chain integrations

feature releases

benchmark and performance reports

webinars, workshops, and hackathons

Support Outbound And PPC Teams By

creating social proof content

promoting gated assets and demos

amplifying case studies and testimonials

warming up target accounts before sales outreach

  • Community Engagement

Actively Engage With

developers

founders

infra engineers

protocol teams

Web3 communities

Monitor And Respond To

comments and DMs

technical questions

product feedback

product mentions and discussions

Coordinate with Community Manager and DevRel teams for engagement across:

Discord

Telegram

technical forums

You will function as the first interaction many users have with the product.

  • Performance & Growth Tracking

Measure And Continuously Improve

engagement rates

developer interactions

traffic to documentation, pricing, and signup pages

assisted conversions from social channels

Run Experiments With

thread-based educational posts

technical explainers

video tutorials

founder/leadership-led content

Optimize content using performance data rather than vanity metrics.

  • Competitive & Market Listening

Track competitors in the node and infrastructure ecosystem and monitor:

positioning

messaging

campaign strategies

Identify Real-time Content Opportunities Based On

developer discussions

chain upgrades

ecosystem announcements

industry trends

Turn market signals into timely, relevant content.

  • Tools & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Use social scheduling and analytics tools to manage content and reporting.

Ensure social efforts are aligned with product launches, GTM initiatives, and sales outreach.

Required Experience & Skills

2-5 years of hands-on social media marketing experience

Experience with B2B SaaS, developer tools, cloud, Web3, or infrastructure products (strong preference)

Strong understanding of technical audiences and developer communication styles

Ability to interpret APIs, nodes, infrastructure, or blockchain concepts

Excellent writing skills for short-form and technical social content

Ability to convert technical knowledge into simple, educational messaging

Good to Have

Experience managing social channels for Web3 platforms or developer communities

Exposure to Discord/Telegram community engagement

Experience promoting webinars or virtual technical events

Basic Understanding Of

SEO
