Oscilar is hiring a
Founding Growth Engineer
to design and build the infrastructure that powers our revenue engine.This role sits at the intersection of
engineering, data, growth, and GTM systems
. You will be responsible for building the systems that enable our team to identify high-propensity accounts, personalize outreach at scale, and drive measurable revenue growth.This is a
high-ownership role
with direct impact on company growth. You will work closely with ourHead of Growth and VP of Marketing
, and partner cross-functionally with AI Engineering, Revenue Operations, and Sales Leadership.What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable GTM data pipelines and automation systems
- Integrate systems across Salesforce, enrichment providers, outbound tools, and analytics platforms
- Build internal tools that significantly improve BDR and AE productivity
- Develop systems for account prioritization, routing, and orchestration
- Enable AI-native workflows by building high-quality structured data pipelines
- Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering to translate GTM strategy into systems
- Continuously improve the reliability and performance of growth infrastructure
- Customer Data Platform (CDP)
- Data pipelines across CRM, marketing tools, and enrichment providers
- Account and contact intelligence systems
- Intent signal ingestion and propensity modeling
- Attribution and measurement systems
- Outbound automation workflows
- Account prioritization systems
- BDR productivity tooling
- Campaign infrastructure
- Routing and orchestration workflows
- AI-assisted outbound messaging systems
- Data pipelines for personalization signals
- Campaign-level intelligence and experimentation
- Lead generation and conversion experiments
- Experimentation frameworks for GTM
- Web analytics and conversion optimization systems
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong experience with data pipelines, APIs, and automation systems
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar
- Experience with data warehouses and ETL pipelines
- Experience building systems that impact customer acquisition or revenue
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Segment, Airbyte, Clay, or similar
- Understanding of B2B growth and sales processes
- Strong architectural thinking and ability to design scalable systems
- Comfort working across engineering, data, and GTM teams
- Experience at hyper-growth companies (100%+ ARR growth)
- Building CDP or GTM data infrastructure
- AI-assisted workflow automation
- Enterprise sales GTM systems and tooling
- Experience with marketing or sales automation platforms
