The Challenge
A heritage French knitwear house is accelerating its digital transformation and making e-commerce the engine for international growth. You'll own the acquisition strategy from scratch, building the playbook for a luxury brand entering competitive digital markets.
Your Mission
Audit current acquisition channels and establish baseline KPIs (CAC, ROAS, traffic by source) across paid and organic
Build and lock the annual media plan with budget allocation across channels (paid search, social, display, affiliates)
Launch performance dashboards with reliable tracking and attribution across all touchpoints
Identify and test 2-3 new acquisition channels aligned with luxury positioning and international expansion
Grow qualified e-commerce traffic 30%+ YoY while maintaining target ROAS and CAC thresholds
Establish test-and-learn cadence: run minimum 8 channel/audience experiments with documented wins
Build relationships with 3-5 key external partners (media agencies, tech platforms) and optimize performance collaboratively
Present growth roadmap for Year 2 with clear prioritization of markets and channels based on performance data
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Track profitability of paid acquisition across all channels against target threshold
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Monitor cost per new customer by channel and optimize allocation to lowest-cost, highest-quality sources
Traffic Growth Rate
Measure month-over-month and YoY growth in qualified sessions across owned channels
Conversion Rate by Channel
Identify which acquisition sources drive the highest-quality traffic through to purchase
Attribution Accuracy
Ensure tracking reliability across touchpoints to inform budget arbitrage decisions
