The Challenge
Omnix is building enterprise automation software that helps Fortune 500s orchestrate complex operations with AI and real-time data. You'll own growth execution from day one—landing pages, campaigns, content, and demand generation—reporting directly to the CEO in a scrappy, high-impact environment.
Your Mission
Launch 3+ high-converting landing pages using Webflow/Framer with AI-assisted copywriting and A/B testing
Execute 2 paid campaign cycles (Google Ads + LinkedIn) with documented CAC and conversion metrics
Build and publish 8+ pieces of B2B content (LinkedIn posts, simplified technical assets, podcast scripts) using AI tools
Implement 2 automation workflows (email sequences, lead nurturing) using AI agents or Zapier-equivalent platforms
Own full campaign lifecycle for 1 major product launch, from positioning through post-event nurture
Establish repeatable content playbook generating 20+ assets/month with measurable engagement and pipeline contribution
Coordinate and execute 2 B2B events (1 national, 1 international), driving 50+ qualified leads per event
Achieve 3x month-over-month growth in qualified pipeline opportunities attributed to your campaigns

Pipeline Generated
Monthly qualified opportunities sourced from your campaigns (landing pages, ads, content, events).
Content Engagement Rate
Average engagement (likes, comments, shares) and click-through rate on owned content across LinkedIn and owned channels.
Campaign CAC & ROAS
Cost per acquired lead and return on ad spend for paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta).
Landing Page Conversion Rate
Percentage of visitors converting to leads on your deployed landing pages.
Automation Efficiency
Number of workflows deployed and percentage of leads moving through automated nurture sequences without manual touch.

- You measure success by output (posts published, emails sent) rather than business impact (pipeline, conversions, revenue influence)

Initial Screening
Phone call with CEO or Head of Growth. They'll probe execution mindset, AI tool fluency, and your most impactful marketing project.
Portfolio Review
Share 3-5 examples of campaigns, landing pages, or content you've shipped. Be ready to discuss metrics and what you'd do differently.
Mini Project / Case Study
Quick brief: draft a landing page concept and campaign positioning for a fictional Omnix use case. Shows your ideation + execution speed.
