The Challenge

Natran Green Pest Control needs a growth leader who owns the full funnel—from PPC campaign optimization to automated nurture sequences. You'll manage multi-channel acquisition, oversee outsourced partners, and deliver measurable ROI across Google Ads, Yelp, Thumbtack, and email/SMS automation.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit all active PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Yelp, Thumbtack, Baton, Best Picks, elocal); identify cost inefficiencies and deliver optimized bid/targeting strategy with projected CPL reduction

2

Build and launch 3-5 automated email/SMS workflows in HubSpot covering lead nurture, follow-up sequences, and customer lifecycle touchpoints

Establish weekly KPI dashboard tracking PPC ROI, conversion rates, CPL, email engagement, and directory performance with documented baseline metrics

4

Meet with all outsourced partners (social, SEO, content, creative); define reporting cadence and quality standards aligned to brand guidelines

By 6 Months

Scale top-performing PPC channels by 30-40% while maintaining or improving CPL through continuous A/B testing of creatives, keywords, and landing pages

Optimize email/SMS funnel segments and nurture timing; demonstrate measurable lift in conversion rates and revenue attribution from automation workflows

Increase directory presence consistency and reputation score across all platforms; implement monthly monitoring and refresh protocol

4

Present quarterly growth review with channel-by-channel ROI breakdown, funnel analysis with gaps/opportunities, and 90-day optimization roadmap

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Track acquisition cost across all PPC and paid lead-gen channels; optimize bids and targeting to maintain or reduce CPL month-over-month.

PPC ROI / ROAS

Measure revenue generated per dollar spent on paid campaigns; aim for sustainable 3:1+ return across Google Ads and lead-gen platforms.

Email/SMS Conversion Rate & Revenue Influence

Monitor click-through, open, and conversion rates from automated workflows; attribute revenue back to nurture campaigns to justify automation investment.

Lead Volume & Quality

Track total qualified leads by source; segment by fit and conversion likelihood to optimize spend allocation.

Directory Visibility & Reputation Score

Monitor ratings, review count, and search rankings across Google Business Profile, Yelp, and other key directories.
