Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've run CRM or lifecycle marketing programs at scale—8+ years managing campaigns, data, and teams across multiple regions
  • You thrive in operational complexity: managing distributed teams, regulatory constraints, and high-volume execution across time zones
  • You speak compliance fluently—GDPR, local data privacy laws, and regulatory frameworks are in your wheelhouse, not a barrier
  • You're a measurement obsessive who ties campaign performance to business outcomes and continuously tests for improvement
  • You love working with stakeholders—you can translate between legal, tech, and business teams and keep everyone aligned
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or hybrid arrangements; this role is on-site in New York
  • You prefer building new products or campaigns over optimizing operations and scaling processes
  • International data privacy and compliance regulations feel like overhead rather than a strategic advantage
