The Challenge
Multimedia Solutions partners with Fortune 2000 companies to transform their digital presence. You'll own end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across social, search, email, and display-reporting directly on ROI while mentoring a small team in a scrappy, high-impact environment.
Your Mission
Audit current client campaigns across all channels (social, SEM, SEO, email) and document baseline performance metrics and optimization opportunities
Establish standardized reporting framework in Google Data Studio for 3-5 key Fortune 2000 accounts with monthly performance cadence
Launch 2-3 new paid social or SEM campaigns with clearly defined CPA targets and present initial 30-day learnings to clients
Create thought leadership content calendar for 6 months covering platform-specific best practices (hashtags, ad formats, audience targeting)
Achieve 15-25% improvement in average campaign CPA across managed accounts through optimization testing and audience refinement
Develop and deliver quarterly strategic recommendations to 5+ clients with specific channel-level insights tied to their business objectives
Build playbook for repeatable campaign planning process (scope, timeline, budget, success metrics) adopted across team
Identify and pitch 3+ new business opportunities to sales team based on competitive gaps or emerging channel opportunities you've identified

Primary optimization lever across paid channels; track by campaign, platform, and client to identify highest-ROI segments.
Campaign Performance vs. Baseline
