Ce que vous ferez
Overview
At Morrison Labs, we have designed an autonomous lead engine built to support the small business economy across the US. We provide an immediate, high-value starting point for businesses that currently lack any digital footprint.
This is a product that I personally built. While the tech stack is highly automated and self-sufficient, the sales and communication piece matters just as much. I'm looking for someone to take complete ownership of the customer-facing side of this engine for a 12-week summer sprint.
Your Role
This is a highly flexible, part-time role requiring roughly 10 hours per week. If the 12-week sprint goes well and traction is strong, there is a clear path to continue beyond the summer and scale up to 20+ hours per week.
You will manage the full customer cycle end-to-end
Contact business owners (surfaced by the lead engine) and present their pre-built, custom website mockup as pure upfront value. For leads that show interest, run brief discovery to figure out exactly what their specific business needs to thrive online.
- Drive the pipeline to a close, either by selling our standard out-of-the-box offering or looping me in for follow-ups that require custom developer integration.
- Work directly with me to relay market insights, helping improve, expand, and scale the lead engine itself beyond our initial target audience.
Pay Structure
We use a transparent, highly leveraged pay structure where you directly profit off your own execution speed and efficiency:
$250 per week ($1,000 per month) for your 10 hours of pipeline execution. 25% commission on every single contract you close. We price our setups in the $500, $1,000 range depending on the custom engineering required.
This is a highly independent role, so hopefully the 25% commission is a good incentive for performance. The pay structure is open to discussion - the goal is to find something that works for you and values your time and effort throughout these 12 weeks.
Perks of the job
Absolute Flexibility: Work from anywhere, at any time. Manage your 10 hours entirely on your own schedule around other jobs, summer classes, research, travel, etc. We will have an async system for dropping pipeline updates, but the goal is to have very few scheduled meetings throughout the summer.
True Full-Cycle Experience: Learn to source, pitch, demo, and close B2B accounts. These are all valuable skills that can help you stand out moving forward.
Direct Systems Exposure: Get direct exposure to a live, automated data pipeline. As a developer, I have spent the last 6+ months building advanced AI and automation systems. You will learn a lot about how these systems are built.
