The Challenge

MANUAL is scaling healthcare product categories across Brazil with serious budgets to deploy. You'll own growth end-to-end for a major category (hair loss, weight loss, etc), collaborating with UK teams while building a high-performing operation in one of Latin America's biggest markets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current paid social and SEM performance across assigned category; identify 3-5 high-impact optimization opportunities

Build relationships with Meta and Google account teams; unlock new features or beta programs for campaigns

3

Launch 2-3 A/B tests on landing pages, ad copy, and creative formats; document learnings for team playbook

4

Establish weekly sync rhythm with UK growth team, category managers, and creative team to align on test roadmap

By 6 Months
1

Grow category ROAS by 15-25% through channel optimization, creative testing, and bid strategy refinement

2

Successfully launch and scale one new paid channel (TikTok, Pinterest, or programmatic native) with positive unit economics

3

Build internal attribution model that clearly connects paid channels to downstream metrics (retention, LTV)

4

Mentor 1-2 junior growth team members; document growth playbooks and best practices for category

KPIs You'll Own

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Revenue generated per real spent across paid channels; primary driver of budget allocation decisions

CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)

Cost to acquire one customer; tracked against LTV targets and profitability benchmarks

CPC / CPM

Cost per click or per thousand impressions on paid social and search; optimization lever for budget efficiency

Conversion Rate (Landing Page & Checkout)

Percentage of traffic converting to purchase; A/B testing focus to unlock incremental gains

Attribution & Incrementality

Understanding true impact of paid campaigns via testing and multi-touch attribution; avoids overestimating channel value

  • You speak fluent Portuguese and advanced English; you're ready to work on-site in São Paulo and collaborate across time zones
