The Challenge
MACHBANK is hunting for a Performance Paid Media specialist to own their owned-media strategy across email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push. You'll drive real revenue impact by orchestrating campaigns, analyzing performance obsessively, and unlocking growth experiments that actually move the needle.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing email, WhatsApp, SMS, and push campaigns; identify quick wins to improve conversion rates by 10%+
Establish baseline KPI tracking across all owned-media channels with clear dashboards and reporting cadence
Design and execute 3 A/B tests on high-impact campaigns (segment targeting, send timing, message copy) with documented learnings
Align with internal paid specialists and media agency on integrated strategy; present findings to stakeholders monthly
Grow owned-media revenue contribution by 15-20% through strategic optimizations and audience segmentation
Build a reusable campaign framework and playbook for owned-media channels (email, WhatsApp, SMS, push) to scale execution
Launch 2 major cross-channel growth experiments testing new tactics or audience segments with clear ROI measurement
Establish yourself as the growth-marketing focal point; coordinate digital marketing team on integrated strategy for quarterly business objectives

Track conversion-to-action rates per channel; target quarter-over-quarter improvement.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) by Channel
Monitor efficiency of spend across owned-media channels; optimize toward lower CPA targets.
Campaign ROI
Revenue generated vs. marketing spend; aim for positive ROI on all campaigns.
Engagement Rate (Open/Click/Reply)
Measure audience interaction quality; signals content relevance and segment fit.
Experimentation Velocity
Number of tests launched monthly with documented hypothesis, result, and next action.
