The Challenge

Linq is building the messaging backbone for AI. You'll own campaign execution and growth ops at a fast-moving Series A, learning every lever of growth directly from leadership with zero corporate overhead.

Your Mission

1

Execute 4-6 multi-channel campaigns (paid, email, content) tracking CAC and conversion lift

2

Research and compile 20+ target accounts with competitive intelligence and buying signals

3

Coordinate content production for 3-4 assets (blog, case studies, landing pages) from brief to launch

4

Build weekly growth dashboards tracking MQLs, conversion rates, and channel performance

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end execution of 2+ major growth campaigns; demonstrate 15%+ MoM user growth contribution

2

Build reusable content templates and playbooks that scale campaign velocity by 30%

3

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're 0-2 years into your career and want to see growth from campaign to revenue impact
  • You thrive in startup chaos and love ownership over structure
  • You're obsessed with data and testing-you ask 'why' and dig into spreadsheets for answers
  • You write clearly and can turn briefs into launchable content
Won't Work If
  • You need a clear promotion path and corporate ladder-this is execution-heavy early-career work
  • You prefer remote work or flexible location (on-site NYC only)
  • You're looking for high salary or equity transparency upfront-startup equity details typically vague at this stage
