LexisNexis Legal & Professional serves 150+ countries with AI-powered legal solutions. You'll own growth across their existing customer base, turning data and behavior into upsell/cross-sell wins that move the needle on revenue.
Your Mission
Map the existing customer base by product usage and identify top 20% upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Launch 2-3 high-impact targeted BtoB campaigns to segment 1 with personalized messaging
Set up tracking and dashboards for campaign performance, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Co-design customer journey maps with Sales and Product for 3 key product bundles
Achieve 25%+ uplift in cross-sell revenue through automated nurture campaigns
Build and optimize 5+ customer segments with distinct messaging and activation strategies
Establish monthly reporting cadence showing marketing contribution to ACV growth
Create content library (8-10 assets) addressing key use cases and ROI drivers for target accounts

Marketing spend divided by sales-qualified leads generated from existing customer base

- You've spent 3+ years doing B2B relationship marketing or customer marketing campaigns with real data backing them
- You're fluent in Salesforce Pardot or similar marketing automation and can build segments without hand-holding

- You thrive in matrix teams and can navigate Sales, Product, and C-suite stakeholders without politics
- You're analytical-you measure everything, iterate fast, and kill campaigns that don't move the needle
- You're a brand/content marketer at heart and need creative autonomy over data-driven optimization
- You're not comfortable with on-site work 90% of the time in Paris 15e
- You don't speak fluent French or aren't willing to navigate French corporate environments
- You prefer greenfield startup energy over established enterprise processes and governance
