The Challenge

A major French online bank is doubling down on growth-target: 2x customer base in 5 years. You'll lead the entire acquisition strategy with a €20M+ media budget and a team of 10, owning every lever from digital to offline to partnerships.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current acquisition funnel end-to-end; identify quick wins and optimization opportunities across all channels

Establish clear KPI framework (CAC, LTV, conversion rates by stage) with daily/weekly dashboards across team

3

Launch first multi-channel A/B testing roadmap focusing on highest-impact conversion levers

4

Meet with Data, UX, Product, Compliance teams to map cross-functional dependencies and build working relationships

By 6 Months
1

Execute full multi-channel acquisition strategy refresh with demonstrated CAC reduction of 15-20%

Scale influencer marketing strategy aligned with brand positioning; measure ROI and refine partner mix

3

Build and onboard team capabilities in CRO, analytics, and channel-specific optimization

4

Deliver competitive intelligence report with 3-5 strategic recommendations for market differentiation

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Track and optimize cost-per-acquisition across all channels to hit target efficiency benchmarks.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Measure revenue generated per euro spent across media channels; baseline and improve quarterly.

Conversion Rate by Funnel Stage

Monitor awareness-to-signup, signup-to-activation, and activation-to-deposit conversion rates weekly.

Cost per Active Customer

Lifetime value proxy; track blended acquisition cost adjusted for activation and deposit behavior.

Budget Allocation Efficiency

Measure ROI by channel; rebalance spend quarterly based on performance data and market testing.

  • You prefer remote work; this is fully on-site in Paris with heavy cross-functional collaboration
