The Challenge

Leonar is a fast-growing LegalTech startup using AI to help patent agents streamline application drafting-they just hit massive growth in 2025 and need a technical growth architect to build the automated pipeline machine that turns product signals into revenue.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Design and deploy end-to-end N8N/Make workflows automating lead qualification, scoring, and routing into HubSpot (target: 80% of inbound automated)

Build first AI-powered data enrichment pipeline using Clay + LLM agents to generate 500+ high-intent prospect lists for outbound campaigns

Implement product-led growth signal capture-connect product usage events to automated trial logic and sales workflows

4

Establish baseline GTM metrics: MQL-to-SQL conversion rate, CAC, pipeline velocity, and set 3-month improvement targets

By 6 Months
1

Scale pipeline generation to 3x current volume through optimized multi-channel workflows (email, web intent, product signals)

Launch and optimize 2+ referral programs (customer + partner-driven) contributing 25%+ of new pipeline

Reduce CAC by 30% through systematic A/B testing of outbound sequences, landing pages, and lead scoring models

4

Build self-serve RevOps infrastructure: automated Stripe-CRM sync, real-time pipeline dashboards, and lifecycle automation covering all customer stages

  • You've built GTM automation at B2B SaaS startups and can prove it with SQL and pipeline metrics-spreadsheets welcome
  • You're a hands-on builder who uses N8N/Make like others use Google Sheets; you don't wait for engineering tickets
  • You geek out on AI agents, prompt engineering, and using LLMs to solve growth bottlenecks at scale
  • You thrive in scrappy, undefined environments where you set up the systems and own the results-no hand-holding needed
  • You're bilingual (French + English) and energized by working with European teams in a startup sprint mindset
Won't Work If
  • You see growth marketing as 'running campaigns'-you need to own the full technical pipeline, not just email blasts
  • You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or need detailed specs before shipping; this role demands iteration and rapid pivoting
  • You don't speak French at professional level-on-site Paris role, team collaboration requires it
