The Challenge

An AI patent platform trusted by 400+ law firms just hit 10x ARR growth and $40M in funding. They need a founding marketing lead who can both craft client narratives that resonate with IP professionals AND build the operational systems to scale those stories across the globe.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Launch systematic client story intake process and conduct 5-8 foundational client interviews to build initial case study library

Define brand voice, tone guidelines, and messaging hierarchy for BOFU touchpoints across geographies

3

Produce 2-3 polished client success stories (written + video-ready formats) and measure engagement lift vs. baseline

4

Establish content calendar for Q2 2026 events, product launches, and sales enablement materials

By 6 Months
1

Build a library of 12+ client success narratives across different practice types (corporate, boutique, in-house) with documented conversion impact

Scale story repurposing engine: one client win becomes case study, video, panel talking point, and sales deck module

3

Launch 3+ high-impact field moments (events, webinars, or thought leadership placements) that generate measurable pipeline contribution

4

Train sales and product teams on brand narrative so client stories land consistently in customer conversations

BOFU Content Engagement Rate

Click-through, watch-time, and conversion lift from client stories and case studies vs. generic content

Brand Visibility in IP World

Mention frequency in industry publications, webinars, and peer recommendations among target accounts

Content Repurposing Multiplier

Number of formats/channels each client story reaches (target: 5+ per story)

  • You have real experience building client success narratives or case studies, ideally in B2B SaaS or technical domains
  • You're energized by founding-stage work: ambiguity, ownership, and the chance to shape a brand from day one

  • You need everything documented in process before you move, this role requires you to create process as you go
  • You're a pure storyteller who doesn't want operational/calendar/vendor management responsibilities
  • You're skeptical about AI and view it as a crutch rather than a force multiplier
  • You prefer remote work, this is on-site/hybrid in Paris
