You'll architect the next-generation growth engine across North America and EMEA, transforming buyer journey velocity while the company scales from people enablement to comprehensive HR dominance.
Your Mission
Audit and optimize existing demand engine: map current GTM, identify bottlenecks in SAO delivery, and establish baseline KPIs across paid, organic, and intent channels
Design AI-augmented growth framework: prototype automated lead scoring, intent-driven prospecting, and predictive pipeline models using your tech stack
Build cross-functional alignment: align sales, product, and marketing on buyer personas, messaging, and qualification criteria for SMB and Mid-Market segments
Establish revenue accountability: define SAO and qualified pipeline targets for Q1-Q4 2026 with clear ownership and reporting cadence
Launch first AI-native growth loop: deploy autonomous workflow, predictive lead scoring, or intent-driven prospecting at scale; measure lift vs. baseline
Scale pipeline delivery: grow qualified pipeline by 30-40% YoY while maintaining or improving CAC efficiency across channels
Expand GTM to EMEA: adapt North American playbooks for European market, including localized messaging and channel mix for SMB and Mid-Market
Establish growth ops foundation: hire growth ops lead, implement marketing ops stack (CRM, MAP, analytics), and create self-service dashboards for pipeline visibility

Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs)
Monthly/quarterly target for qualified opportunities handed to sales with predictable conversion rates.
Qualified Pipeline Value
Total pipeline generated by marketing attributed to specific campaigns, segments, and channels.
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) & Payback Period
Blended CAC across all channels and months-to-payback metric to ensure growth efficiency.
Win Rate & Deal Velocity
% of marketing-sourced opportunities that convert to customers and average sales cycle length.
Expansion Revenue from Existing Customers
Revenue from upsells, cross-sells, and retention driven by lifecycle marketing programs.

- You've scaled demand gen from $0-$50M+ ARR at a B2B SaaS company and own the metrics (SAOs, pipeline, CAC)
- You're genuinely excited about AI-not just hype-and have experimented with autonomous workflows, intent data, or predictive modeling in production
- You're a strategic operator who can build frameworks AND execute in the weeds; you don't delegate all the work
- You thrive in ambiguity and can architect a growth engine from scratch across multiple geographies and buyer segments
- You have P&L accountability mindset; you measure everything and aren't afraid to kill underperforming channels or campaigns
- You're purely strategic and don't want to get hands-on with tools, data, and day-to-day execution-this role is 60/40 strategy/ops
- You need 100% remote flexibility; both NYC and Berlin offices are on-site expectations
- You're risk-averse or uncomfortable with fast iteration and learning by doing in a scaling startup environment
- You view marketing as a support function rather than a core revenue engine; this company is 95% marketing-led
