The Challenge

Leap Brands is hunting for a Director of Marketing to architect and execute the marketing strategy that drives company growth. You'll own the entire funnel-from strategy to execution-while managing budget, building cross-functional partnerships, and proving ROI on every campaign.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current marketing performance metrics and establish baseline KPIs across all channels

Map cross-functional stakeholder needs and build alignment on marketing strategy roadmap

Implement performance tracking infrastructure (analytics stack, dashboards, reporting)

Define and communicate brand positioning to internal and external audiences

By 6 Months
1

Launch and optimize first revenue-driving campaign with measurable ROAS target (2.5x+)

Build scalable marketing operations framework with clear budget allocation and accountability

Establish monthly performance reviews with revenue impact dashboard for leadership

4

Develop and mentor marketing team members; identify hiring gaps and backfill if needed

Track return on marketing spend across all channels, target 2.5x+ minimum.

Revenue Attribution

Measure pipeline generated and closed revenue directly attributed to marketing initiatives.
