The Challenge
Newscience is scaling fast and needs someone to own marketing execution end-to-end. You'll bridge strategy and reality—coordinating campaigns, content, and creative teams while the company grows across retail and B2B channels.
Your Mission
Map and document all current marketing workflows; identify bottlenecks in campaign execution and content production
Launch coordinated social media calendar (3 months ahead) with consistent brand voice across platforms
Onboard and establish working rhythm with creative team and external providers; establish SLAs and approval workflows
Deliver first 2-3 end-to-end campaign cycles on time with documented performance data and learnings
Own quarterly marketing performance dashboard tracking engagement, conversion, and brand metrics by channel
Build playbook for content production workflow using AI tools mentioned; measure efficiency gains vs. baseline
Lead brand consistency audit across all digital touchpoints; document and implement corrections
Mentor or formally lead junior team member on campaign management; demonstrate promotability

Campaign Delivery On-Time Rate
Percentage of marketing initiatives launched on scheduled timeline.
Content Production Velocity
Number of approved social posts and assets produced per week across channels.
Digital Engagement Rate
Aggregate engagement (likes, shares, comments) and reach across social platforms.
Retail/Commercial Marketing ROI
Sales lift or customer acquisition cost attributed to marketing activations.
Brand Message Consistency Score
Internal audit measuring tone, visual consistency, and messaging alignment.
