Below you will find the main missions in
Development & Operational
Marketing:Development Marketing
- Develop innovative products and concepts, renovate the pillar products for the international basket of the category / brand to contribute to the growth of the brand
- Collect, compare and synthesize international data relating to its category (consumer, markets, competitors, countries, digital ...), generate insights and propose actions based on the analysis of results
- Make marketing mix recommendations for the product launch or the renovation of pillar products, in collaboration with the departments involved (communication, digital, retail, etc.)
- Contribute to the development of creative media in line with the brand's integrated communication platform (image, digital, point of sale)
- Constantly interact with strategic areas and countries for its category, support them in product launches and ensure follow-up
- Orchestrate launches and promote the growth of the pillars through its product, market and consumer expertise to contribute to the growth of the brand and the development of consumer relations
- Collect and analyze consumer, market and competitor insights on its products to make recommendations to management
- Propose and implement marketing mix strategies (IMC / 360 / Digital / Retail) to create integrated consumer experiences, engaging and consistent with the brand DNA
- Adapt communication media (image, digital, point of sale)
- Mobilize and collaborate with other services (trade, logistics, education, etc.) and agencies to ensure the success of marketing strategies
- 2 + years’ work experience in marketing (full time position after graduation)
- In-depth knowledge of product innovation development process, technical understanding and category expertise of formulas,
- A business approach of the brands, competitive & trends knowledge
- Creative: Start a new project, concept from scratch with a bold storytelling
- Open minded: interested in learning and understanding new market culture specificities.
- Strategist: Understand and analyze international market specificities and challenges.
- Resilient: you have a strong motivation and positive attitude in front of evolutions and project changes
- With an Entrepreneurial spirit: Able to manage a high level of complexity.
