The Challenge
Kreative Media is a growing award-winning digital agency looking for someone to own 15+ client accounts across SEO and PPC. You'll drive measurable results across diverse industries while managing organic and paid search strategy end-to-end.
Your Mission
Audit and document all 15+ assigned client accounts; establish baseline performance metrics and optimization roadmap for each
Execute month-one SEO and PPC strategy updates for 5+ priority accounts using GA4, Google Search Console, and RankMath
Lead monthly client reporting calls for assigned portfolio; deliver clear performance summaries and next-month action plans
Master internal workflows in Monday.com and align with copywriting, development, and account management teams on 3+ live campaigns
Grow average organic search traffic by 20%+ across client portfolio through technical SEO audits and content optimization
Reduce PPC cost-per-acquisition by 15%+ through keyword refinement, bid strategy optimization, and landing page testing
Expand Meta advertising management skills; launch and optimize Facebook/Instagram campaigns for 4+ clients
Identify and pitch 2+ cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts; support team in upselling SEO or PPC services
KPIs You'll Own
Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month percentage increase in organic sessions across assigned client accounts, tracked in GA4.
PPC ROAS
Return on ad spend across Google Ads and Meta campaigns; target 3:1 or better depending on industry.
Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Average cost to acquire a conversion across paid search; track trends and optimization impact monthly.
Keyword Rankings
Number of tracked keywords in top 3, top 10, and top 20 positions; monitor via RankMath or similar tool.
Client Retention & NPS
Maintain 95%+ account retention and gather quarterly feedback on communication and campaign performance.
Campaign Optimization Rate
Percentage of monthly optimizations executed on schedule; demonstrates discipline and proactive management.

Is This Role For You?
- You've managed 10+ Google Ads accounts and own the full optimization lifecycle from keyword research to CPA reduction
- You can articulate technical SEO strategy (crawlability, schema, core web vitals) and implement it yourself or direct developers
- You thrive juggling multiple accounts simultaneously and love the variety of working across different industries
- You're analytical, organized, and comfortable presenting data-driven recommendations in client meetings
- You want to stay hands-on with campaign execution rather than delegate everything to junior staff
- You need remote flexibility; this is 100% on-site in Magnolia, TX with no work-from-home option
- You're looking for agency experience only as a stepping stone; this role expects you to own client success long-term
- You lack direct PPC management experience or have only worked on the organic side; you'll need both skills here
- You prefer strategic oversight only; this role is hands-on across technical SEO, keyword research, bid management, and reporting
