The Challenge

EPIKTET is blitzing €3M/year into candidate acquisition, pulling 750K applications annually across 100 agencies. You'll own the levers—job boards, Google Ads, XML flows—to hit recruiting targets without burning budget or leaving slots empty.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current performance across all acquisition channels (Indeed, HelloWork, Google Ads) and identify quick wins to reduce CPA by 10-15%

Audit and optimize job posting content and ad creative; A/B test messaging to improve click-through and application quality

Build reporting dashboards tracking CPA (applicant, hired), volume, and ROI by channel and by agency location

4

Establish baseline relationships with job board partners; negotiate Q1 visibility upgrades and test new placements

By 6 Months

Scale top-performing channels while cutting underperformers; achieve 15-20% ROI improvement year-over-year

Model seasonal hiring patterns (school holidays, staff turnover cycles) and pre-allocate budget to match each agency's pipeline needs

Launch 3-5 testing cycles on keyword strategy, audience segmentation, and creative variations; document learnings

Negotiate contract renewals and new feature rollouts with job boards; ensure XML feeds are optimized and real-time
